Growthxpert Agency is a full-service digital agency providing:

- Customized Business Packages
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information required to initiate and execute your project.
- Pay the agreed-upon fees in full or as per the payment structure.
- Respond to communication promptly to avoid delays.
- Respect timelines and feedback requests for ongoing projects.
3. Payments
- All payments must be made in INR.
- 50% advance payment is required to start any project, unless agreed otherwise.
- Remaining 50% is payable upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
- Payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
4. Revisions & Edits
- Each project includes up to [2] rounds of revisions, unless specified.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.
- All change requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
5. Intellectual Property
- All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
- GrowthXpert retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or social media unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
- Any third-party content (e.g., stock images, licensed music) used in a project is subject to licensing rules and may require additional fees.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business information. All data shared during the project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without consent.
7. Project Timelines
- Project timelines depend on client response and complexity of the service.
- Delays in feedback or approvals may extend delivery times.
- Urgent delivery requests may incur an additional fee.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service:
- If the client violates any terms of this agreement.
- In case of non-payment.
- Due to abusive behavior or miscommunication.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
GrowthXpert shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses.
- Loss of revenue, data, or reputation arising from the use of our services.
- Errors or delays caused by incorrect client information or lack of communication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
